Javier Flores
Javier Alberto Flores is a consumer products industry principal in the SAP Customer Experience Group. He has been in SAP almost 22 years, from the early times of CRM to today’s Customer Experience solutions Javier has helped customers improve operations and build long-lasting customer relations. Javier holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Nuevo Leon, Mexico and an international MBA from the EGADE in Monterrey, Mexico.
