Allison DeBattista
Allison DeBattista has served as executive director of Epilepsy Alliance Louisiana (EAL) for almost seven years. In that time she has raised more than $1.25 million for services in the state. EAL strives to educate everyone in Louisiana to understand, recognize and properly respond to a seizure. Under her direction the staff educates, trains and assists more than 5,000 people a year. Allison is proud to implement a medical service program exclusively for people with epilepsy in 2019. It will be the first of its kind in the state. She wants everyone with epilepsy to have the proper resources to live their best life.
