MOLLY B grew up in her family’s diner, “Sal’s,” from the time she was a small child. While working in the diner, Molly, learned lots of culinary tricks Growing up in an entrepreneurial-minded family, Molly B learned that if you have an idea, try it – do NOT have fear; if it’s not successful, learn from it and move on to the next one! As she grew up, Molly dabbled in everything that came her way: florist, roller derby, catering, bartending, hotels, antiques, radio, TV and more. There was nothing she wasn’t willing to try.In 2018, she sold her 13th business, a 33-room Lodge, bar and restaurant in Alaska. Upon the sale, one day, Molly B was making cookies for a food truck she had started with her son for the summer. She added a splash of brandy to her cookies & she sold out of them in under an hour! The next day, she decided to make a different flavor infused with booze and noticed, the customers’ enthusiasm was off the charts! Selling out everyday before noon! Bingerz was born!
