Mia Mulrennan
Dr. Mia Mulrennan is the CEO of her own business called Rave-Worthy, a doctorate-level organizational psychologist, has been an executive for the travel and hospitality industry, and is a professor and author. She is the creator of an easy, low-cost 25-question assessment survey for hiring and retaining customer-centric talents for the service industry; this survey transforms the art of hospitality using the science of psychology. Dr. Mulrennan has taught in university business/leadership graduate programs for 18 years – most recently as a founding professor in the Masters of Global Hospitality Leadership program at Georgetown where she won the Teaching Excellence Award in 2016. She focuses on developing and supporting women leaders along with helping organizations leverage the often-overlooked leadership talents of Generation X.
