Jackie Moon, RN, Director of Health Informatics
Jackie Moon is Director of Health Informatics for a Long-Term Care company out of Glendale, Wisconsin. A graduate of Summit College, she has been an LPN for 15 years. She is presently pursuing her ADN at Bryant and Stratton College. Jackie has worked her entire career in Long-Term Care starting as a CNA. She has served as a Care Coordinator in an Assisted Living facility, an MDS Coordinator and Regional MDS Consultant. As the daughter of a nurse, Jackie feels she was born to be a nurse.
