Leanne Thomas Account Manager, Bender Consulting Services, Inc. April 2013- Present Leanne’s duties include: Engaging with academic institutions, strategic members of the business community and disability service providers to facilitate competitive employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the public and private sector. Joined CSC in 1997, and held several positions. Started managing Service Level Agreements for the DuPont account. I then moved on to being a resource manager in the business. During that time, I helped develop a reassignment process for those in Delaware looking for other opportunities. Later moved into the HR organization and support several areas working with them on hiring, performance appraisals, succession planning, career development, employee issues, etc. Prior to this, was the CSC/Bender liaison for hiring people with disabilities in North America.
