Curtis Potyondi
Curtis has over a decade of experience in the private capital markets and has successfully created and executed offerings for numerous real estate backed investments, prior to which he was a successful entrepreneur in commercial greenhouses and petroleum. He is currently the President of Prestige Capital, a private capital firm which specializes in hospitality, and a director/trustee of Prestige’s new Hotel Opportunity Fund-I. Curtis was a 2017 nominee for the Ernst and Young Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year Award, he’s also an experienced private capital director and serves on the board of the Private Capital Markets Association of Canada (PCMA), and previously with the National Exempt Market Association of Canada (NEMA). Curtis brings insight, energy and a positive work ethic to all projects that he is involved with, and believes that successful projects must include a win-win scenario for all stakeholders.
