Dr. Clements is a Clinical Professor & Coordinator of the Forensic Trends in Healthcare Certificate Program Online. A psychiatric forensic specialist, Clements is additionally a Certified Gang Specialist & Danger Assessment. He has over 25 years' experience as a therapist, forensic consultant and critical incident response specialist. He is a Nationally known speaker on a wide variety of topics from Bullying to Multigenerational Nursing Teams. He was appointed and served as the Director of Operations for the City of Philadelphia Department of Public Health Services. He has provided assessment and intervention to high numbers of family members in the aftermath of suicide, sexual homicide, strangulation, sudden infant death syndrome & other forms of violent death. Clements was involved in the television and printed news media and interviewed on National Public Radio (NPR) relative to the Virginia Tech shooting.
