Susan Strauss
Dr. Susan Strauss is a nationally recognized expert, author and international speaker on discrimination, harassment and bullying in the workplace. She works with private and public sector organizations to provide professional services for business, legal, healthcare, education and governments. Susan investigates workplace and school complaints of bullying, discrimination and harassment. She is also an expert witness for harassment, discrimination, and bullying lawsuits. Susan has been selected to speak on sexual harassment at international conferences in Botswana, Thailand, Egypt, Israel and the United States. Susan provides training on a variety of management and organizational issues, coaches managers and employees, assesses the workplace climate and provides a variety of interventions to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
