PJ North

From the first concert I went to at five years old, Brooks and Dunn, dressed in a leather vest, cowboy boots, and cowboy hat, I think my family knew I either went all out or I didn't go at all. From the first time I heard Montell Jordan's "This is How We Do It" I think I knew I needed to give people the same feeling that that song gave me. It was the first time I did the "Rick Rude" on stage during a solo, where I realized the stage was home for me. It was the first time I won a drag race when I knew I would never settle for less than winning. It was my first Royal Rumble where Yokozuna beat Macho Man when I fell in love with professional wrestling. At that point I knew I had to create an alter-ego that would one day lead me to the world heavyweight championship. It was an inside joke about a certain adult performer that lead me to the last name North. It was the first time I stepped into J.Crew and put the gingham button-up when I realized perception is reality.
