Libby Mills
Ms. Mills is the Executive Director of Restorative Justice Louisville. She has extensive experience in the criminal justice field, and has worked in the fields of child welfare, community based services, court intake, residential services, clinical services, training and program development and administration. Ms. Mills has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Western Kentucky University and a Master’s Degree from the University Kent School of Social Work. She is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
