Scott Wilson has been a professional Business Management Consultant since 1998. Today he is navigating a fresh and bold path to purpose arising from confronting his own personal challenges en route to becoming a grateful recovered alcoholic. He founded Authentic Success, a business performance consultancy that helps organizations embrace the uncomfortable with gratitude and grace to achieve authentic success. He now draws from his previous success as a team member creating a $400 million professional services line of business, member of the deal team during a large consulting company acquisition, and as a Partner at another Big 4 consultancy winning a $560 million deal against the odds. His life-long challenges with alcohol and what he’s learned along the journey to overcome it, coupled with his professional experience, have provided insights into creating sustainable high performing teams, living life to the fullest and the subtle art of being present.
