Kelli Clay

As a professor at Georgia State University, Kelli created a college class in which she taught students to “Stress Less, Achieve More.” Her students’ life-transforming success stories inspired her to take her teachings to the corporate world. Students said they had better focus and energy, better grades, better relationships and a more positive outlook. After hearing this from many students, she knew the professional world could benefit, as well. So, she created “Train Your Brain to Stress Less and Thrive: For Professionals with no Time for Stress Management.” Kelli’s career started as a Mechanical Engineer from Georgia Tech in technical support for marketing. Then she found her passion in wellness and left engineering to earn a master’s degree in kinesiology and health from Georgia State where she first began studying stress management. Since then she has managed a corporate health-fitness center, coached people to better health and taught at Georgia State University.
