Nancy Koury King
Dr. Nancy Koury King is the author of "Fired: How to manage your career in the age of job uncertainty." To write her book she spent five years traveling the country interviewing people who had experienced job loss. In addition to being an author, Dr. King has spent most of her career as a health care executive. Currently, she is president of Senior Options, a home health and hospice advisory group and Westminster-Canterbury at Home, a home health and hospice agency in Virginia Beach. Dr. King has a passion for leadership and creating healthy organizations that bring out the best in people. She has a doctorate in management and a masters in social administration from Case Western Reserve University, and a bachelors in individual and family studies from Penn State. Nancy lives with her husband Dave and their dog Tuna in Norfolk. They have two adult children, Kory and Eric.
