Dina Pinheiro
Dina Pinheiro lives in Brazil, and is the author of a memoir, The Girl from Copacabana: A True Story That Will Rock You to Your Soul. She shares her intimate and painful experiences with bad boys, including suffering through kidnapping, domestic violence, emotional and financial abuse, and rape. Dina's dream is to empower women to prevent and overcome being victims of violence, exploitation and abuse. To that end, she has founded WAV&E, an acronym for Women Against Violence & Exploitation. Dina says, "You can't stop the waves, but you can learnt surf!"
