Nicolaj Siggelkow

Nicolaj Siggelkow is a Professor of Management at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and coauthor of CONNECTED STRATEGIES: Building Continuous Customer Relationships for Competitive Advantage (Harvard Business Review Press, May 21) (https://www.amazon.com/Connected-Strategy-Continuous-Relationships-Competitive/dp/1633697002) with Wharton colleague Prof. Christian Terwiesch with whom he co-directs the Mack Institute for Innovation Management. Professor Siggelkow studied Economics at Stanford University and Harvard University (from which he received a Ph.D. in Business Economics). Having spearheaded groundbreaking research on strategy, he has been named a Fellow of the Strategic Management Society, the world’s leading association of strategy researchers.
