David Martinez

David Martinez, Director of Global Sponsorships at SAP, is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and execution for several of SAP’s sports marketing partnerships, including the NBA, San Francisco 49ers and SAP Center/San Jose Sharks. Dave leads a team tasked with building and deploying season long marketing programs and has overseen the execution of marquee activations for SAP around the world, including Super Bowls, NBA All Stars and NBA Global Games. A career long SAP’er, previously Dave spent 7 years overseeing multiple global finance and operational functions within SAP. A New Yorker now living on the west coast (San Francisco), he is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University.
