Asha, a population health nurse analyst and “Outcome Evangelist.” After 20 years of clinical & case mgmt nursing experience, her passions evolved to a data-driven population health perspective. She is taking a work hiatus to pursue a MAS in Population Health Management at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She will transform healthcare delivery by using her whole-person nursing lens to optimize health outcomes. An equitable learning healthcare system connects the dots across the care continuum & aligns incentives for Population Health, using collaboration, connection & cooperation Workflow redesign is the heart of healthcare transformation. She says, “If we can build a workflow that lands a rover on Mars, surely we can design a workflow that accomplishes the Quadruple Aim,” (improving the health of populations, enhancing patient experiences, bending the cost curve and care team well-being).
