Lauren Petkin
Lauren Petkin is a family law attorney, having practiced family law exclusively for 31 years. She is a partner at Kolodny Law Group. After specializing in complex family law litigation, several years ago, she transitioned to non-litigation conflict resolution services, including mediation. She has negotiated and prepared countless prenuptial and postnuptial agreements during her career. Lauren volunteers at the downtown courthouse as a daily settlement officer and at the Domestic Violence Project, as well as for Harriet Buhai Center (a low income family law resource/ help center). She also volunteers at Second Saturday, a divorce workshop that assists people in understanding the legal, financial, and emotional aspects of the divorce process.
