Mitzi Wyman

Mitzi Wyman started as a London lawyer specialising in International Environmental Law, before a TV Producer for the Law Channel. Fascinated in people and culture she retrained as a coach/facilitator, gaining an MSc in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology. She went on to become Head of Practice Management at the Law Society, Non-Executive Director for the NHS and Founder and Chair of FulcrumLeaders.com. Her passion is inclusive cultures and using her life experiences to explore race, gender and class issues underpinned by the Thinking EnvironmentTM, a methodology developed by author Nancy Kline. Her clients include Sony Pictures, Skanska, Harper Collins, the NHS amongst others. Mitzi is an Ambassador with the International Integrated Reporting Council, sits on the NHS’s London Leadership Academy Faculty and is on the Board of Public Finance By Women.org. In 2019 Mitzi is launching the Centre for Inter-Generational Equity, empowering young people to achieve their aspirations.
