Deane Kirchner
Deane Kirchner RN, Director of Nursing, began her nursing career as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) while she was in high school. She attended Shasta College where she obtained her ADN. Deane worked her way up the ladder in long term care, some of her job titles have included CNA, Charge Nurse, Director of Staff Development, MDS Coordinator, Infection Control Nurse and Director of Nursing. She has also served as Legislative Chair on the board of the Santa Clara Chapter of CAHF and as the President of the local CAHF Long Term Care Nurse Council. Deane’s duties away from her nursing facility include being a wife, mother, PTA Mom, Yearbook Advisor, and being a small business owner.
