Dr. Baker has been an administrator in Vermont for almost 30 years. Most recently an Assistant Principal at Hartford High School and, previous to that, a superintendent in St. Johnsbury for 10 years. He has both Bachelors and Masters degrees from Rhode Island State College and a Doctorate from the University of Vermont.
