Meredith Townsend-Howard
Meredith Townsend-Howard, President/CEO Lifesource Training School, Speaker / Trainer and Advocate for Talk Meredith. I started speaking at the age of 19 years old. At the time I focused mostly on the spiritual growth of youth and their empowerment. As I have gotten older with my life changing so dramatically over the years, I found that through my own experiences I developed a passion for the empowerment of women, parents and spiritual growth. It is my prayer that I can motivate and empower men and women who co-parent , letting them know that successful co-parenting is possible! I speak on women empowerment, co-parenting and family as well as spiritual growth. I speak from a place of experience, spirituality and education and I don’t take my purpose lightly. I am humbled to be able to speak and walk in my purpose daily.
