Bruce Temkin

Bruce Temkin leads the Qualtrics XM Institute, where he is responsible for thought leadership, training, and community that enables business leaders to succeed with Experience Management (XM). He is considered an XM visionary and is often referred to as the “Godfather of Customer Experience.” He also co-founded the Customer Experience Professionals Association. Prior to joining Qualtrics, Bruce led Temkin Group, a firm that helped many of the world’s leading brands transform their experiences to engage the hearts and minds of their customers, employees, and partners. Before that, he was a VP at Forrester Research where he led may parts of the research organization including, B2B, CX, and eBusiness. Bruce is an avid student of human behavior, which permeates his research and thinking on leadership, organizational dynamics, and experience design
