Marshall S. Adler has practiced workers’ compensation law in the Central Florida area since 1981. He obtained his law degree at Duke University Law School. He has been board certified in workers’ compensation law by the Florida Bar since 1988, the first-year board certification was awarded in workers’ compensation law. Being born and raised in Buffalo, New York, the ultimate working-class city, has had a profound influence on Marshall Adler’s life. For the past 30 years he has represented the same hard-working families he grew up with. At his law practice in Florida, he enjoys the opportunity to know each and every one of his clients on a personal level. Marshal’s desire is to continue to help working families throughout the State of Florida in their time of need.Honored and recognized by his peers for excellence in the practice of Workers’ Compensation Law, Attorney Marshall S. Adler has served the people of Florida since 1981. He earned his Law Degree from Duke University Law School studying under Professor Arthur Larson, the worlds’ leading expert in Workers’ Compensation law. He thought the Law was his calling until his world was turned upside down when his 32 year old son, Matthew Adler, died by suicide on July 22, 2018. As he moved through the grief and adjustment to his new norm, Marshall coped by very involved in the suicide survivor and suicide prevention community. He’s now the host of the radio show, “What My Son’s Death by Suicide Taught Me About Life” on Voice America Radio.
