Salena Santibanez is CEO of GPS Consulting, a boutique consulting firm dedicated to helping small construction business owners with the success and transition of their largest asset, their business. She is also the Founder and CEO of The Boardroom Project, a nonprofit dedicated to educating and exposing young girls to the business sector at a much younger age; while, providing professional women with the support system they will need to climb the corporate ladder through various board positions on corporate and non-profit boards across the country.
