Andrea Stimac
Andrea Stimac is Marcom strategist and the founder of Odit, a media, and marketing communication consultancy. She helps agencies and brands to manage change and elevate creativity, to create added value through innovation and to solve a problem with a human-centered approach. Andrea has worked for more than 20 years in marketing and advertising on projects ranging from brand management, marketing communications, communication planning, strategic planning with a host of international and local brands and their media and creative agency networks. She is a Ph.D. candidate in Organization and Management with extensive research on creativity, innovation and change management. Andrea is a board member of the Croatian Association of Communications Agencies (HURA), member of Organizing Committee of the Croatian Advertising Festival, and head of equality and diversity at HURA.
