Yvette Brisco
Yvette Brisco is a certified Health Coach specializing in Auto-Immune conditions to reduce or eliminate symptoms and return to an active life. With a background in teaching, an M.S. degree in psychology, and a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, she has answered her core calling to help those who want to take their health into their own hands for better outcomes. She loves working as a MMA official in California and is the founder of Fight for a Cure for MS, an effort that blends her passion for MMA and MS advocacy. She educates the public and raises funds for research and services for people living with this disease. Yvette resides in California where she raised her Alex, 26, and Ausjia, 21, as a single mom. From Girl Scout to Hospital Jr. Volunteer to US Soldier to AmeriCorps Fellow, Yvette's taken all she learned from her years of service to country and community and has integrated that into her coaching to help her clients achieve their G.O.A.L.S: to Get Out And Live Splendidly!
