Amanda LeFever, MBA is the VP of Operations at iRio Group, Co-Founder of Amanda & Travis, Philanthropist, Speaker & Leadership Trainer with the John Maxwell Team & dessert connoisseur. By age 30, she had owned two successful businesses, was awarded several government contracts including a multi-million dollar contract with the Army Corp of Engineers and the US Air Force before expanding into industrial work and the Oil & Gas industries. Amanda is deeply passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to overcome the overwhelm and self-doubt when balancing life, family, and business. A Utah native living in the lush green beauty of North Carolina, Amanda loves juggling life with three kids and traveling the world with her husband, Travis.
