Luke joined his in-laws’ family business, USM Rentals, in 2012. USM Rentals helps aerial lift rental companies throughout the United States and Canada re-rent the largest boom lifts, telehandlers, and atrium lifts. He saw a need for an online marketplace that connects equipment buyers and rental companies across the country where they can research, communicate, and transact seamlessly on one platform. We can do amazing research online of cars, homes, hotels, and car rentals, but there is little to no information available on equipment and rental companies. The mission of Gearflow.com is to promote the robust brands of the construction equipment industry while giving buyers a seamless experience from research to purchase. Sellers have dashboard tools, reports, and the ability to sell unlimited fleet and parts. Luke went full-time in Gearflow.com in June 2018, and brought on friend and co-founder, Ben Preston, in October 2018. He lives in Western Springs, IL..
