Leonardo Canseco (Leo) is a practicing Attorney and CPA by training. He is the Principal at The Canseco Law Group, and Global Solution, LLC, a federal contract law group. Leo has expertise in individual and business tax cases, including asset protection and wealth management. He also represents a variety of non-profit and tax-exempt organizations such as IRC 501(c)(3) organizations and private operating foundations. Leo represents clients involved in federal contract claims and tax controversies before federal court, the IRS and state/local tax authorities. Leo is serves as General Counsel to a wide variety of national non-profit organizations. He has over twenty years of experience in researching and providing creative solutions to complicated business. Leo previously served as faculty at the Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business and Southern California University School of Law. Leo works in the nexus between accounting and law.
