Jeff Ravetz
Mr. Ravetz is the President of Girona Ventures and has spent his entire career acquiring commercial properties and adding value through recapitalization, capital improvements, changing a properties use, implementing tax benefit programs, remediating environmental hazards, coordinating efficient leaseup, retenanting and other creative valueadd enhancements. Prior to Girona Ventures, Mr. Ravetz was a principal of Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures, a Long Island based real estate investment company which has owned and operated approximately 4,000,000 SF. Since 1990, Mr. Ravetz has also been a principal with DNC Capital, a New York based real estate investment banking concern. Through DNC, Mr. Ravetz has participated in the acquisition and financing of multifamily, office and retail properties totaling in excess of two million sf. These properties are located in Texas, New York, Oklahoma, Californina, Nebraska and Arizona.
