Tessa Horovitz is the Co-founder of Ametti and an angel investor who’s passionate about growing women leaders, solopreneurs and enterprises from the ground up. Her over 10 years’ experience, Executive background in management, strategy and business development with a successful exit in Hospitality in Europe and a first career in creative consulting in Fashion, made her turned to angel investment and entrepreneurship with a fierce will of starting over from scratch . Tessa’s experience gave her the knowledge of growing a company from start-up stage to a multi-million-dollars hospitality group. She knows what truly drives growth and how to take on strategic turns as well as creating and nurturing a company culture through-out becoming big. Most importantly, after experiencing hands on heavy traveling, going from one city to another for work every week, she felt that her life was lacking balance and passion.
