Jessie Minikes is the Co-founder of Ametti, she is a design and retail expert and first-time entrepreneur. Prior to the founding of Ametti, Jessie, boasting over 15 years of experience in both fast fashion and luxury retail, worked with prestigious brands such as Ralph Lauren, Ellie Tahari and Massimo Dutti. Jessie has always been at the forefront of identifying and connecting customer insight with market demand. Before embarking on her latest venture with Ametti , Jessie held the position of ‘Head of Design’ for Inditex Massimo Dutti women’s casual line where she was responsible for the identification, creation, management, competitive benchmarking and execution of comprehensive brand design strategies that had a major impact on the growth of the multibillion euro female fashion sector. Among her diverse accomplishments at Massimo, Jessie is credited with creating both their capsule ‘equestrian line’ and its ‘apres-ski lifestyle line’ respectively.
