James Lindsay

James Lindsay is a musician, caregiver and teacher of meditation. For 20+ years he has been working as a caregiver with the geriatric population in nursing homes and has studied Eastern philosophy, metaphysics and meditation for the same amount of time and began privately teaching a wide variety of meditation techniques approximately 15 years ago. Meditation helps people reduce stress and achieve a feeling of peace. After many years of meditation, he believes that being in the presence of a person who has meditated and achieved inner peace can be a healing experience. There is evidentiary research on the powerful benefits of inner peace.. Based on years of reading and self education, James has seen first hand results that inner peace and positive attitude has on the individual who achieves it as well as on others.
