Dr. Cary Israel
Dr. Cary A. Israel was District President 1999 to 2015 of Collin College, a multi-campus operation serving more than 53,000 students annually. Under his leadership, the college was nationally recognized for its outstanding and innovative programs. Dr. Israel previously served as president of Raritan Valley Community College in New Jersey, Executive Director/President of the Illinois Community College System Board (ICCB), and president of Front Range Community College in Colorado. He currently serves on the Executive Advisory Board of CampusWorks, Inc, in Sarasota, Florida and Chairs the JCRC (Jewish Community Relations Council) of Springfield/Central Illinois. Additionally, he is an Advisory Board member for GreenLight Credentials, Dallas, Texas and has a consulting practice.
