Kim Musial

Kimberly Musial is the founder of the Yoga Hive in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She got the inspiration for opening a yoga studio after finishing a 10 day silent vipassana meditation retreat. Since 2006, Kimberly has studied hundreds of hours with a diverse array of globally well-known teachers including Doug Keller, Tiffany Cruikshank & Baron Baptiste. Included in her private practice offerings are Yoga As Therapy, (which includes individualized movement and pain assessment, breathing exercises, meditation and a personalized movement plan), Thai Yoga Body Work, and Chi Nei Tsang, a taoist abdominal sequence to alleviate stress and tension. She is a great resource for individuals who are in pain, have movement impairment syndrome and are unable to perform traditional exercises due to injury or pain. Clients often come for sessions as a complement to Chiropractics, Physical Therapy, post Physical Therapy and pre/post surgery. Kimberly has had great success getting clients through pain and moving in a healthy way, including oncology patients. In addition to private session, she teaches several public classes each week that include lots of breathing and emphasis on alignment. She prepares your body to move and flow.
