Anne Corley-Baum
Anne Baum is the author of Small Mistakes, Big Consequences Develop Your Soft Skills to Help You Succeed the first book in the Small Mistakes, Big Consequences series. She is the vice president, distribution channels & labour relations for Capital BlueCross. She also leads the network of over 5500 producers and is responsible for the plan’s organized labour customers. Ms. Baum has been involved with strategic planning, operations, partnership development, community relations, corporate giving, sales, and account management throughout Capital BlueCross’. She designs and led leadership development programs through her own company Vision Accomplished. She is a member of multiple boards and executive committees. She serves on the Lehigh University Health Systems Engineering Industry Advisory Council, the BCBSA National Labour Office Board. She is certified by the Protocol School of Washington as a protocol and etiquette consultant.
