Caroline Dowd-Higgins
Caroline Dowd-Higgins is the Executive Director of Career and Professional Development for the Indiana University Alumni Association, where she leads an alumni career enhancement and leadership development program to activate the power of the IU alumni network globally. With over a decade of career and professional development experience, Caroline authored the book and maintains the blog: This Is Not the Career I Ordered® which showcases her professional development advice and women who are thriving after a career transition or reinvention. Caroline writes for the Huffington Post, Elevate Network, CNN Money, and the British online magazine - The Rouse, in addition to a column for The Chronicle newspaper in Indiana. She maintains an executive coaching practice and speaks globally on professional development topics.
