Gustavo Millan
Gustavo Millan is an industry and Solution Advisor at SAP. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Originally from Colombia, Gustavo moved to Chicago about 15 years ago and since then he has held various roles in manufacturing, operations and technology. More recently at SAP he led a Customer Experience consulting team where he advised clients on effective and meaningful use of e-Commerce strategies to develop omni-channel presence. He currently works with the Industrial Manufacturing & Components Business Unit at SAP, where he focuses on customer centricity and is the link between IM&C customers, prospects and SAP as a whole to ensure success for both customers and SAP. He also provides and communicates thought leadership and core content in the IM&C segment to the market and SAP channels.
