Lisa Flicker
Lisa Flicker is a Senior Principal at Rhodes Associates. With 20 years of global real estate executive search experience, Lisa successfully drives the search process from inception to completion, including client management, creating search strategy, and candidate development. Lisa has conducted search assignments for many of the New York City’s leading owners and developers, real estate funds, private equity firms, investment banks, and international real estate platforms, both public and private. Earlier in her career, Lisa was a CPA with KPMG. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Hofstra University and a Masters in Taxation from CW Post/Long Island University.
