Stacy Madison
Stacy Madison is the Founder of Stacy’s Pita Chip Company and now refrigerated BeBOLD bars. Stacy started with a career in social work and became a snack food manufacturer. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a sandwich cart in Boston, she sold pita bread sandwiches during lunch and then used the leftover pita bread to bake natural, healthy chips when she returned to the prep kitchen. When winter came, she decided to package and start selling the chips to local stores. The company experienced rapid growth and became a top-selling international snack food brand. After spending some time working in the private equity world and then 5 months homeschooling her twins while traveling Southeast Asia, she returned home and opened Stacy’s Juicebar. This is where BeBOLD bars were born! The growing demand once again inspired Stacy to manufacture and market the bars nationwide. BeBOLD bars are refrigerated, healthy energy bars made with nutritious nut butters, oats, chocolate chips, and nuts.
