Mary Brougher
Mary is the executive vice president of operations for Bender Consulting Services, Inc., overseeing Bender’s four product areas; talent programs, consulting, training and software solutions. Mary joined the Bender family of companies in 1994 and has held search consultant and VP of recruitment positions, prior to assuming her current role. Earlier in her career, she provided relational database consulting services, business consulting services, and has implemented technology systems and strategies. Mary’s transition from the large-scale corporate environment to working supporting a small-business operation was precipitated by an interest in carving out a career in which she had the ability to impact the professional success of others in a direct way. As a founding leader of Bender Consulting Services, May has been instrumental in applying project, data, and operations management principles to the organization, as well as shaping the social mission of the organization.
