He focuses on recruiting for the company's private sector customers. He serves as the chair of the Bender Lead -On Team. The Bender Lead - On Team is a community of students with disabilities managed through social media avenues such as Facebook and Twitter. The team has a strong focus on anti-bullying efforts for students and adults with disabilities. He also manages the company's overall social media presence, and provides some minor in-house technical support, and accessible technology services. Gerald Duquesne University for two years pursuing a degree in Music Technology with an emphasis on Composition before jumping at the opportunity to work full-time at Bender.
