William L. Silvaneus

William L. Silvaneus calls himself an Author and Change Maker. His total life has centered on human services, mostly with disenfranchised individuals and trauma victims – the homeless, refugees, immigrants, the poor, the addicted, and disenfranchised. He is the author of the suspense thriller, “A CERTAIN MERCY – Why Are Grand Islands Most Vulnerable Dying Violently?” He serves as the Immediate Past President of the Nebraska Writers Guild with three hundred-fifty members in sixteen states and one foreign country.
