Tara Bevans
Tara has been a registered nurse for 29 years, with a vast clinical background including: Critical Care/ER/Level I Trauma with patient populations from neonates to adults. Tara has also specialized in acute detox and psychiatric nursing. She has also been a clinical educator in several different acute care hospitals. In 2019 she developed a Community Hospital-Based Substance Use Program with funding from a SAMSHA/KORE Grant. . In her free time, she volunteers for Mental Health America in Northern Kentucky to assist with Peer Recovery Support Training. Tara is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology and Addiction and she resides on a farm in Somerset, KY with her husband, four dogs, and two pet pigs.
