Amit Khurana
Mr. Khurana is a real estate professional with 14 years of investment and development experience in New York, Delhi and Bangalore, India. Mr. Khurana is currently developing a 32,000 SF luxury residential project in the Nolita sub-market of Manhattan, designed by Pritzker award-winning master architect, Tadao Ando and a 172,000 SF luxury residential project, designed by Pritzker award-winning master architect, Alvaro Siza. Previously, he was a Principal at Maverick Partners, his family’s real estate firm with offices in New York and Delhi, India. The firm has been focused on investments in and developments of residential and office properties. At Maverick, he directed the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of properties in Delhi and Bangalore. Additionally, he was responsible for structuring and managing partnerships with local developers and operators for major mixed-use and luxury residential projects.
