Jindrich Becvar
Jindrich Becvar is Co-owner of Success Solutions, an SAP partner company based in Czech Republic that provides its customers with full scope of services related to HR: HR consulting, implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solution, its long-term support, development of SuccessFactors extensions and newly also a local job board. As a Managing Director, Jindrich is mostly responsible for strategy, sales and legal aspects. Jindrich's career started in a small Czech consulting company. Before devoting his work fully to Success Solutions, Jindrich also worked as a consultant, team lead and manager in Accenture and SAP. In SAP, he met SuccessFactors and it was a love at first sight. Jindrich soon became one of the first few senior consultants in Czech Republic. That was the time when the idea of having his own company started.
