Kimberly Kristenson-Lee
Kimberly Kristenson-Lee helps people create positive change for themselves, their teams, and their organizations. Kim’s expertise is leadership coaching and change management and brings the perspective of a twenty-five-year career in people leadership at Chevron to her work. She has managed executive-level succession, institutionalized leadership coaching programs, HR teams, planning processes and led organization redesigns. Kim maintains an active membership in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and serves on the board of the ICF Sacramento Charter Chapter (Director, Program Development). She is on the faculty of Whole Person Leadership for Women and Integral Leadership. Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology from San Jose State University, a master’s degree in industrial relations from University of Minnesota, Minneapolis-St. Paul, and completed advanced management training at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
