Mark Konold
Mark Konold is the founder of Jakinda Consulting, a firm focused on advancing sustainable energy development and climate adaptation in domestic and emerging markets, especially the Caribbean and Latin America. He focuses on the intersection of policy, finance, technology, and regulatory reform for private and public sector clients as well as multilateral agencies. Mark is also a Senior Fellow at Worldwatch Institute where he continues building on the groundbreaking work he led with Sustainable Energy Roadmaps for individual governments and regional entities. He has also led work to improve energy and water sector regulation, sustainable economic zone policy in various countries, and the removal of market barriers to renewable energy investment. In addition, Mark spent three years supporting the US Army's Office of Energy Initiatives' efforts to implement energy resilience solutions at military installations across the United States.
